​We are seeking a Marketing Technologist to join our team at LTO (position is remote). This role is responsible for managing the technology infrastructure that powers our marketing campaigns and building out scalable, efficient processes both for LTO and our clients. You will be instrumental in implementing, optimizing, and maintaining our marketing technology stack to drive campaign performance and business growth.

The right candidate must be extremely well-versed in marketing automation platforms, have a natural curiosity for new technologies, and be excited to continually evolve our processes through innovative solutions. You should be someone who sees manual processes as challenges to overcome through clever implementation of technology.

This position will report to the CEO.​

Job Responsibilities & Duties

  • Build, test, and maintain marketing automation workflows across various platforms (HubSpot, Airtable, etc.) to support lead generation and nurturing campaigns

  • Implement and optimize integrations between our marketing technology platforms using tools like Zapier and Make

  • Create and maintain data processing workflows to ensure clean, actionable data for our marketing and sales initiatives

  • Develop and manage processes for extracting, cleaning, and enriching prospect data using tools like Clay, Apify, and PhantomBuster

  • Build and maintain campaign tracking systems to monitor performance and provide actionable insights

  • Create and update landing pages, email templates, and forms within our CMS platforms

  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI tools to streamline repetitive tasks and improve efficiency

  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to implement technology solutions that support campaign objectives

  • Document processes and create training materials to ensure knowledge transfer across the organization

  • Stay current on marketing technology trends and evaluate new tools that could enhance our capabilities

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience implementing and managing marketing technology platforms

  • Strong proficiency in at least 3 of the following platforms: Airtable, Zapier, Make, Clay, HubSpot, Expandi, Outreach.io, PhantomBuster, Apify

  • Experience with Excel and pivot tables for data analysis and reporting

  • Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly and implement them effectively

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and develop technology-based solutions

  • Experience integrating AI tools into marketing workflows is highly desired

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong project management skills with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment

  • Experience with B2B marketing technology implementation preferred

  • BA or BS degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field preferred, but not required if you have equivalent experience
